Anozer Tablet Stand

★★☆☆☆ - Meh.

Light, compact, and cheap, but small and weak

Pros

  • Light (0.75 lbs / 322g), folds well (1.1” tall / 2.75 cm)

  • Inexpensive ($13 at time of writing, including Amazon coupon)

Cons

  • Only gets a tablet 4.5” / 11.5 cm off the table

  • Is not strong enough to hold an 11” iPad + case

  • Somewhat limited positions with only 2 joints

Review

I had high hopes for Anozer’s tablet stand. Admittedly I should have noticed the limited height, but the light weight, low cost, and compact folding sounded great. Unfortunately, it turned out that it wasn’t up to the task.

It actually worked well for a few weeks, but over time the resistance required on the arm extension wore down and it would slowly (and then later rapidly) descend when the weight was put on it. If I removed the case it would work better, but that was quite annoying to do every time I used it.

Between that and the limitations in height and positions (especially compared to the Elitehood Stand I ended up going with, which was 2 inches tall and far stronger and more flexible), I really can’t recommend this stand.

Conclusion

Might work okay for smaller tablets and if you don’t need much lift, but overall it just doesn’t…stand…up to the competition. 😎
